Understanding the band.
The overall layout of the poster was fairly easy and simple. I wanted to give the poster a grungy/alternative theme, as I felt it would suite the indie rock band.
To help get a better understanding of the theme, listening to their latest songs and albums helped spark ideas in how I wanted to create the title of the poster.
The band provided the images of their members and past concerts, and with these assets, the rest of the design was up for creative freedom!
